Mumbai, 23rd March 2023: Bollywood star Akshay Kumar suffered an injury on the sets of his upcoming movie ‘Bade Miyan Chote Miyan’ while shooting an action sequence with co-star Tiger Shroff in Scotland. The incident occurred when the actor was performing a special stunt, leading to a knee injury. However, the injury is not considered serious, and he is expected to continue filming with close-up shots. The shoot for the action sequence has been put on hold for now, but Akshay will resume work on the project in due course.
The movie features Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff in leading roles, with Sonakshi Sinha and Prithviraj Sukumaran also in important roles. Directed by Ali Abbas Zafar, the film marks his first collaboration with Akshay Kumar. The team wrapped up their first schedule in Mumbai before flying to Scotland for the next phase of filming. Zafar is known for directing blockbuster hits like ‘Sultan’, ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’, and ‘Bharat’.
